I'm working on a comedy entertainment show for BBC3 called "Dumb Nation". The programme is being made by Roughcut Television Ltd, a London based independent TV production company specialising in comedy. The executive producer is Ash Attala who produced "The Office". The premise of the show is that there's a fantasy land called Dumb Nation and people have to qualify for entry. It's the degree of dumbness, silliness, absurdity of their actions which gets them through the golden gates into the hallowed land.

I was wondering if you were in a position to license material from your website to a third person please? We're looking for multiple "fail" type clips and you seem to have a number of very good ones on your great website. Or, uif you dont have exclusive licensing rights are you able to license on behalf of the owner?

The rights we require are BBC public service rights in the UK for 5 years.

I do hope you can help!

With thanks and best wishes
